The apartment is located in a very residential and quiet area. The view is spectacular on the Mongoda hill. Access to the beach and the heart of the city center is 500 m (less than 10 minutes walk. The nearest supermarket is 200 m from the apartment. The property has an interior parking in the property and free outdoor parking.
