Just 2.5 km from immense sandy beaches and close to Lac d'Hossegor, as well as all amenities, here you are in Capbreton on the south coast of the Landes. The Clairière aux chênes residence has more than 30 semi-detached and detached houses, all with shared pool facilities. The Petit Pin gîte is semi-detached, with a living room that doubles as a kitchen-living room-lounge. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer combo. For meals, open-plan kitchen with high stools. On the lounge side, sofa, armchair with television, wifi connection. The bedroom has a king-size bed (160x200 cm) and a bathroom with bath and WC. A second living room features a convertible sofa that doubles as a bed (160x190). Washing machine in the corner of the second living room. You'll enjoy a pleasant 40 m² wooden terrace with sun loungers and garden furniture, as well as a barbecue. The grounds are fully enclosed, approx. 90 m². You can park your car in front of the gîte, or use the public parking lot at the entrance to the residence. The communal swimming pool is secure, 6x12 m, and can be used from June to September, and pets are welcome. Campsite nearby, at the rear of the residence.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
