Discover this charming apartment with two bedrooms, shower room, fitted kitchen and terrace in a residence with swimming pool and close to a sandy beach (plage des Lecques at Saint Cyr sur mer in the Var).
Accommodation :
The apartment is located 150 m from Les Lecques beach and is fully air-conditioned.
It is located on the 1st floor of an attractive new residence with elevator. The apartment is of a very high standard. The entrance opens directly onto a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area and a lounge with a sofa bed (convertible to a 5th bed if required). A 15 m2 terrace extends the living space. We've installed a table and chairs for enjoying aperitifs and family vacation meals.
At night, the apartment has two bedrooms. The first has a 160 x 190 cm double bed and a wardrobe. The second has a pull-out bed, so you have two 90cm beds, ideal for children, for example.
Finally, the bathroom is spacious and equipped with a single washbasin, shower and heated towel rail.
The added bonus is access to the shared swimming pool between 9am and 8pm (please note that capacity is limited to 10 people) and a gate leading directly to the Pink Promenade and Les Lecques beach, just 150m away.
Parking :
Two underground parking spaces are available (N° 70 and 71).

Environment :
Les Lecques beach is a large family beach with fine sand. Walk along the boardwalk to discover its sublime 2 km stretch of sand and its picture-postcard views. Restaurants and shops are also available. The bathing establishments on Les Lecques beach are open from April to October. Water sports available in the bay: sailing, diving, sea kayaking, paddling, windsurfing, jet skiing.
