There's a kitchen with dining area and lounge. Upstairs: 5 bedrooms (1 double, 3 twin, 2 of which can be joined together to form a double bed, 1 triple) sleeping 11, bathroom and toilet facilities. Outside, there's a gravelled area for meals, as well as a grassy area for children's enjoyment! Bed linen is provided and utilities are included. Two studios located on the first floor of the building (each studio can accommodate 2 people) can be added to this gîte, subject to a maximum capacity of 15 people. The living room can accommodate up to 11 people, and the dining room can be rearranged to accommodate more people. Just a stone's throw from the gîte, take advantage of your stay to discover the educational farm where 150 animals live. Deposit required on arrival, or credit card imprint if booking via Gîtes de France Aube. 30 km from Troyes, 15 km from Romilly S/Seine, gîte integrated into a farmhouse (also including 2 studios) and located in the Seine valley, in a village surrounded by water.
