Mont Mar 10 is a semi-detached property located in a quiet, secluded area of
14 houses. This family home is located approx. 4 km. outside the charming
charming seaside resort of L'Estartit. It has a long, wide beach
over 5 km, ideal for families with children, where you can enjoy the
the Mediterranean Sea.
The town itself is also well worth a visit, with its charming town center
and its magnificent port. You can always opt for a quiet day at the shared
the communal pool with views of Montgrí castle and the mountains.
At the rear of the house, you'll find a pretty private garden with terrace and
and barbecue, next to the forest, where you can enjoy a pleasant walk. The
Mont Mar 10 has a garage on the first floor, where you'll also find a
washing machine. On the 1st floor, you'll find a spacious living room with dining area,
fireplace, air-conditioned TV and access to the terrace overlooking the pool and
the beautiful surroundings. Consequently, on this floor you have an open-plan kitchen
with stove, fridge, oven and coffee maker. There's also a
double bedroom (with 2 single beds) and a bathroom with toilet and shower. On the
second floor are two double bedrooms (1 with double bed and air-conditioning
air-conditioning and the other with 2 single beds) and a second bathroom.
Adjacent to one of the bedrooms is a large terrace with a beautiful
view of the neighborhood. The house has central heating.
