The charming vacation home Torre Bonica 3 is located in a quiet neighbourhood
of 18 houses in the green Torre Gran urbanization. Approximately 3 km away
you'll find the old fishing village of L'Estartit, now a popular
popular seaside resort. The charming streets, the shops, the lively
port and, above all, its beautiful sandy beach with the Medes Islands, make
L'Estartit is well worth a visit!
In this area, there are also medieval villages, which are highly
recommended for lunch/dinner or a stroll through its romantic streets.

The area where the apartment is located has a communal swimming pool and a parking lot where
private parking. Torre Bonica 3 has a lovely garden surrounding the house
with a terrace at the front and rear, so there's always a wonderful place
wonderful place to enjoy the Spanish sun! The property consists of
of two floors. On the first floor is the living room with French windows
opening onto the terrace, the kitchen and a bedroom with 2 single beds. On the 1st
floor are the other two bedrooms and a bathroom. The double bedroom
has a terrace from which you can enjoy the view.
