This beautiful corner house is just a 10-minute walk from L'Estartit's
sandy beach of L'Estartit. The pleasant center, with its many
terraces, stores and the port, is also within walking distance. Next to the
the house is a lovely communal swimming pool with sunbathing area. Casa
Florence consists of 2 floors. First floor: entrance, toilet, spacious
living room with access to terrace and kitchen. On the second floor are
3 bedrooms and a large bathroom with bathtub.
All rooms have fans. Of course, Casa Florence
also boasts a lovely terrace where you can enjoy a home-made paella
and a glass of wine!
The house has a closed garage for private use. The owners sometimes
sometimes need to be in the garage to pick up or drop off something.
