This attractive Casa Girones house is located in the seaside resort of
of L'Estartit. This vacation home has been equipped with every conceivable comfort.
imaginable: not only do you have a swimming pool behind the garden, you also have
the beautiful sandy beach just 500 meters from the house!
The friendly center of L'Estartit is just a 5-minute walk from the property, where
where you can stroll along its streets or boulevard to the bustling port
of this ancient fishing village. There's also a supermarket
with bakery (200 meters!), where you can buy fresh orange juice and croissants
and croissants for breakfast.
The property has a rear terrace with direct access to the communal swimming pool
with solarium. At the front of this house there is also another
terrace, with barbecue! Casa Girones has 2 floors: on the first floor you'll find
living room with dining area, sofa bed, kitchen, toilet and entrance to the
garden. On the second floor is the sleeping area with two bedrooms and a
bathroom. The bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned.
