Space
Our 63 m² apartment, located on the 4th floor of Traverse Raynouard with elevator, is bright and ideal for working or relaxing. Just a 7-minute walk from Place Castellane and 1 minute from the Baille metro station, it's perfectly located. The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a living room with sofa and dining table, and a balcony with unobstructed views and a table for soaking up the sun. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms with double beds and storage space. The bathroom has a bathtub and vanity unit. The apartment is air-conditioned. Close to transport links, Place Castellane, Baille metro station and Marseille's main hospitals (Conception and Timone). The Vélodrome stadium and Parc Chanot are a 20-minute walk away.
To offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: EUR 20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.

For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Situated near the famous Place Castellane, the location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city on foot or by public transport (bus, metro and tramway in the immediate vicinity). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You'll be able to visit museums on foot (Mucem, Cantini museum), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and beautiful beaches. The Cours Julien, with its vibrant nightlife and culture, is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Nearby, you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy a good time, as well as numerous shops for your shopping needs.
The large Conception and Timone hospitals are less than 10 minutes' walk from the apartment. The Stade Velodrome and Parc Chanot are a 20-minute walk away.
