Charming 30 m2 alcove studio on garden level, facing south-east, with 10 m2 enclosed terrace giving direct access to the beach (20 m) and seafront promenade.

In the entrance hall, you'll find two 90cm single beds and a storage cupboard. The hallway (with large built-in cupboard) leads into the living area - there's a new 140cm sofa bed, open-plan kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, 2 electric rings), dining area, sideboard and washing machine.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if necessary.
Rental price: 15 € per bed for sheets.
Towels: €10 per person.
Cot rental: €15 per week.

Departure cleaning is at your charge. If you wish to take the cleaning package for this apartment, it costs 75 euros.
Cleaning NOT carried out ("surprise" cleaning) or poorly carried out, a supplement of €50 will be charged.
The apartment does not have WI-FI, but you can ask the agency for a WI-FI box (5GB per day) at a cost of €7 per day or €39 per week.
For all bookings of 2 weeks in July or 3 weeks in August, you will be offered a 2-hour trip on the agency's catamaran.
