Situated in the Berry region, at the gateway to the Limousin and Poitou regions, 30 minutes from the A20 motorway, in the Brenne regional nature park.
The house of my childhood awaits you. Together with my partner and our daughter, we've totally renovated it to meet today's needs. Comfortable and functional, perfect for a large family, it can accommodate up to 10 people; this gîte has been designed to receive people with reduced mobility: sofa bed for this purpose, bathroom located on the first floor, also baby equipment available (high chair, cot, bathtub).
Located at the end of a hamlet.
From season to season, in a preserved bocage, a biodiversity well present as testified by the 1 er Prix agri-écologique obtained in 2017.
For lovers of the countryside, calm and wide-open spaces, in the middle of fields to escape with family or friends, to discover the landscape, our beautiful heritage, bicycles are available to take paths, roads....
Its 10,000 m2 garden features a secure swimming pool with detectors (7m x 3.50m) for your use (open from June to September), and a terrace surrounded by flowers and trees to enjoy the sun and shade. A moment outside with a summer room where it will be good to live, barbecue, ping pong table, darts ... games for all ages.
You can share your stay with the Miss Cocottes, who will devour your food waste and offer you their eggs in exchange.
Our Charolais sheep and cows graze peacefully in the surrounding fields.
Bella, who was never qualified for racing, now spends her days in peace and quiet, awaiting tenderness and kindness. On the ground floor: two steps lead up to the accommodation, a large corridor leading to a kitchen-dining room, a lounge and a shower room with toilet.
Upstairs: a landing with a living room and television, leading to four bedrooms (3 with double beds 140 x 190 cm and one with a double bed 160 x 200 cm), a shower room (shower unusable following damage by travelers from 07/17/2024 to 07/24/2024) with toilet.
Outside: a private courtyard with a summer kitchen, a garden shared with the owners, parking on the property and the possibility of walking in a 1 hectare garden.
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, heating and electricity with reasonable consumption.
