It comprises a 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an independent studio and a garden of around 2,500 m².

The house is ideally located in Aups, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. Three spaces available, tarmac access to the house. Vehicle recommended for getting around.
