The holiday accommodation is located on the middle floor in a three-story apartment house 70 m above Oberstdorf, on the sunny southeast slope between Breitach and Stillach in the sought-after small district of Jauchen. (Towards Kleinwalsertal.)
Up here you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine in the morning with a direct view of the ski jumping hill. The view over the illuminated Oberstdorf at night from the apartment is simply gigantic!! This is no less interesting than the impressions during the day.
You can hike directly from the house or, in winter, go to the Jauchen-Reute-Kornau cross-country ski trail about 200 m from the house. to get into the house. A larger cross-country ski trail runs below Jauchen, about a 10-minute walk from the house.
All mountain railways and ski lifts around Oberstdorf and in the Kleinwalsertal can be easily reached with the Walserbus.
Bus stop 250 m from the house. (You can have discounted weekly tickets added to your guest card.)
With ski/snowboard equipment you can travel to the Oberstdorf ski areas for free. (Nebelhorn, Fellhorn, Söllereck)
You can easily reach the center of Oberstdorf on an asphalted footpath.
