- Ideal location for a peaceful or sporty holiday: direct access to the children's island, 5 minutes' walk from the beaches of Lac de Hourtin, 10 minutes' drive from the ocean.
The residence includes a fitness room and table tennis tables, stone barbecues, a pétanque/bowls pitch, children's games, private parking and free WIFI.
On the ground floor of the house: fitted kitchen, living/dining room seating 8, sitting room with sofa bed for 2, television + DVD player, WC, washing machine.
On the first floor of the house

Terrace overlooking the garden: ideally located facing south, equipped with comfortable garden furniture for 8 people, parasol, sun loungers and a plancha.
For everyone's convenience, the house is non-smoking (indoors).
In the immediate vicinity of the house (less than 5 minutes on foot):
- The children's island with its huge wooden fortress, the Splash Park, the wakeboard stand / water ski lift.
- The Plage du Lac (with lifeguard surveillance in season) and the beach on Ile de la Banane.
- The Port, with its restaurants, bars, shops, bakery and entertainment in season (5 minutes' walk). Artisanal night market (non-food) from July to August on Fridays from 7pm to midnight.
Numerous activities available around the lake:
- Kite-surfing, stand-up paddle, sailing, catamaran, motorboats (boat hire with or without licence), canoeing, pedalos,
- Freshwater fishing (perch, pike, pike-perch, etc.) on the pontoons set up around the lake,
- Mini-golf (5-minute walk)

Fine sandy beaches, supervised in season, with surf schools. Hourtin Plage night market every Tuesday evening in July and August from 7pm to midnight.
