Property for exclusive use
Magnificent Sicilian-style villa with sea views, exclusive swimming pool, large fenced park, private tennis court inside the property. The villa has a 600 m2 extension, with 4 en-suite bedrooms in the villa and 1 en-suite bedroom in the outbuilding, for a total of 10 beds. A second indoor pool with counter-current swimming is housed in an artificial grotto. A fully-equipped gym is also located in the outbuilding. The outside area features a large garden enclosed by high walls with two splendid entrance gates to the property, inside which are two areas with gazebo and a liberty-style table where it's possible to eat in the shade during the summer.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
Surrounding the Villa is a large, well-tended, fenced garden of 10,000 m2, with small paths, lawns, decorative plants and palms, inside which are marble fountains with water features, statues and small lakes, a lighted swimming pool, with sunbeds and parasols, measuring 14x6 meters, next to which is a gazebo with liberty-style table for 12 people, a regulation cement tennis court, a barbecue area, a panoramic terrace with corner bar and table for relaxing, an American vine pergola with table and chairs for 10 people. Finally, there's a large marquee for events, complete with table tennis table. Parking is available inside the property.
Interiors
The villa's interiors have a very distinctive style that unites classic and modern; there are frescoed lounges, antique furniture, Persian rugs, elegant furnishings; in addition, there's a cinema room, a fully-equipped gym and a swimming pool with counter-current stroke. The first floor has three entrances from the outside, a frescoed entrance hall, two large reception rooms and a reading room, two dining rooms and a fully equipped kitchen, a billiard room with three game tables and a bar area, a music room, a cinema and TV room for 10, a study library, a tavern, 2 service bathrooms. Covered swimming pool with counter-current device, changing room and shower from an artificial grotto. A laundry room is located outside the pool. On the second floor are 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and dressing rooms, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub. The outbuilding, located near the pool, includes a kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower for disabled guests, a double bedroom and a large, fully-equipped gym. All rooms in the villa and outbuilding are air-conditioned.
Location
Villa Augusta is located in the eastern part of Sicily, between Catania and Syracuse, in the commune of Augusta. The position is panoramic, about 100 meters from the sea and 6 km from the center of Augusta and 4 km from Brucoli.

We're in one of Sicily's most interesting areas, just a few kilometers from Catania and Syracuse, famous for their architectural and natural beauties. The imposing Mount Etna, which can be seen in the distance, is well worth a visit. The cliff is 200 m away on foot, and the sandy beach is 4 km away at Brucoli. The nearest stores are 4 km away, supermarkets in Augusta 6 km, a magnificent beach in Marina di Mellino 26 km, Syracuse 40 km, Catania 50 km.
