The accommodation:
In a secure residence with swimming pool, this type 4 villa comprises two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen opening onto the living room, a bathroom, a closet, and a garage.
Please note that the villa is not equipped with air-conditioning, but it is cross-ventilated, which allows for natural ventilation and cooling of the house if required.
On the night side, you'll find two bedrooms, each with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and plenty of storage space. You'll also find a 90 x 190 cm single bed for children, if required.
All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
In the shower room, you'll find a single basin and a traditional shower. There's also a shower and toilet on the garden side.
The living room has two sofas, an armchair and a TV.
It gives direct access to an enclosed terrace equipped with a dining table, so you can enjoy a good meal with a breathtaking view over the garden.
The villa offers direct, unlimited access to the residence's swimming pool. It's just a stone's throw from the villa!
Parking :
You have a private parking space inside the residence. The residence is totally enclosed by a code gate and an electric gate.
Equipment:
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a good set of appliances, you have everything you need to cook!
Environment:
The Parc de la thèse neighborhood is close to the beaches. Not far away you'll find the shopping area, clothing stores and the large Partouche Casino de Jeux plein Air.
