The cozy accommodation 'Casa Toni Isabel' is located close to one of the most beautiful places on Majorcas east coast, the fishing village Portocolom. The charming village with all its boathouses, the lighthouse and the picturesque look of the long quay with all its fishing and rental boats has much to offer. A boat trip with the whole family can be a highlight here. The beach of Portocolom 'Cala Marcal' is with flat sandy waters and blue flag very family friendly and thoroughly recommended. Portocolom does not have a lot of shops but still offers everything for your daily needs. From the house everything is within easy distance. For larger purchases worth a trip to Felanitx, because here every Sunday morning a lively weekly market held. Even in midsummer, Portocolom has a quiet atmosphere. Various restaurants and cafes adorn the harbor street. From traditional Mallorcan cuisine to haute cuisine, everything is possible here. Traditional fishing conjures fresh fish and seafood are the highlights here...
On a completely fenced plot on the outskirts of Portocolom is our beautiful holiday house 'Casa Toni', only 3 kilometers from the nearest beach away. The outdoor area is divided into 2 separate zones. First there is the driveway with garage and main entrance to the house and then there is a beautiful green garden with a large pool area. Here you have plenty of space for chilling, playing and swimming in the saltwater pool (10m x 5m). Parasols and several sun loungers for the whole travel group are available. A plus is the additional outdoor bathroom with shower. The whole house terrace by the pool is furnished in a variety of ways, so that you can eat together comfortably or everyone can choose their favorite place for the well deserved siesta. For the active family members, there is even a basketball and table tennis, so you can get rid of superfluous holiday calories. In the fountain opposite you can observe shimmering goldfish, which is a real highlight for our smallest tourists.
The interior of the L-shaped property is very cozy, rustic furnished on about 300 m². Everything is on one level. The main house offers a huge lounge with sofa, TV and chimney and a dining area with a long wooden table. Here can comfortably accommodate 12-16 people. High chairs for our little guests will be provided. Several patio doors offer us views and access to the beautiful outdoor area. Lots of incidental daylight create a pleasant living environment. The fully equipped country kitchen is equipped with everything you would expect in a well-functioning kitchen. Here, too, lovingly decorated details of antique kitchen utensils were staged. The burgundy walls awaken energy, strength, willpower and courage.
The sleeping area of the finca is divided into two buildings. In the main house there are 3 cozy double bedrooms (2 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds). There are 3 bathrooms, 1 of them en suite. All bedrooms have access to the garden and are equipped with air conditioning. In the side building (photo 44) there are 2 more bedrooms, 1 with 2 single beds and another with 1 single bed and a possible extra bed. The orange colored bathroom is shared here, or you can use the outdoor bath (photo 50). Both bedrooms in the annex are equipped with TV and air conditioning. The entire property is very well equipped and offers plenty of space for the whole family. Should you arrive with children, the laundry room is very beneficial. There are 2 washing machines, a dryer and ironing facilities. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. You will feel very comfortable here and spend a great vacation time with family and friends ... We look forward to your visit.
