With sloping ceilings, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 large double bedroom with panoramic window. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with satellite TV and international TV channels (flat screen). 1 small room, without wardrobe with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin, hydro massage bath. Parquet floors. Large terrace 50 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4), box-room. Very beautiful view of lagoon. Air-conditioned cooling ceiling in the house which automatically cools or warms the room temperature as required.
