Located in a secure residence, charming house of 50m ² nicely furnished, it consists of :
- Entrance hall.
- An independent WC.
- A living room.
- A semi-open fitted/equipped kitchen.
First floor:
- A bedroom with a 2-person bed (140x 200)
- A bedroom with 4 single beds - a bunk bed and two single beds that can be combined to make a double bed (90 x 190).
- Terrace with enclosed garden
Facilities Television, coffee maker with soft pods, electric hob, sun lounger and garden table.
A pretty garden with garden furniture and a private parking space complete the ensemble. So you can enjoy all the resort's attractions without ever having to worry about parking problems!
Bed linen is not included in the price, but can be provided for a supplement of €10.00 to €22.00 per set, depending on the size of the bedding.
Towels are not included in the price and cannot be provided.
Pets are not allowed.
Cleaning costs are included in the price of the accommodation.
On arrival, you will be asked to pay a security deposit of €750.00 (paid by bank transfer, not debited from your account). You will also be asked to pay your tourist tax.
