You'll find a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area and a desk for working. On the night side, a double bedroom with new bedding and percale linen (bed 160x200) with television and sleeping area (2 armchairs) is available. 2 extra beds are also available (degressive option from 15?/night/person, to be arranged on site). A shower room (Italian shower, washbasin, WC, cosmetics, bathrobes, towels) is also available. Outside, in the owners? garden, you'll enjoy a small, enclosed, private courtyard with deckchairs, garden furniture and barbecue (no direct access from the gite, you'll have to go through the owners? gate, 5 meters away). Parking space just opposite the gite and, if you wish, a covered, secure parking space (for cars, motorcycles, bicycles, trailers...) is available (option of 10?/day to be arranged on site.) 10 minutes from a freeway exit, 20 minutes from Troyes, 40 minutes from Sens and 1h30 from Paris, in the heart of a village with shops and amenities on site (bakery?).In the heart of a village with local shops and amenities (bakery 2 minutes away on foot), come and stay in this cosy and charming single-storey apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults + 2 children), with the possibility of bed and breakfast on site (see terms and conditions with the owner). You'll appreciate the refined, sought-after decor combining modernity, antique materials and old-fashioned objects. To make your stay as easy as possible, all utilities are included in the price (heating, electricity, wifi), beds are made up on arrival, and towels and household linen are provided. The swimming option can be booked on site with the owner (50?/day), pets accepted (5?/day).
