Located in the quiet part of a tourist town just several kilometers away from the historical town of Zadar, lies the perfect Villa you have been looking for.
Boasting 300 m2 of living space divided into 2 apartments, this Villa accommodates a maximum of 12 guests. One of the apartments, situated at the upper ground level of the Villa, has 4 bedrooms and the other apartment, situated on the first floor, has 2 bedrooms. A bathroom is available for each bedroom, making your stay at Villa White Garden as comfortable as it gets. The stylish, contemporary, modern and sleak Villa is made to overwhelm with the feeling of comodity.
The beautiful outdoors will astonish you – whether you`re soaking up the first rays of sun from the balcony sipping on your morning coffee, indulging in the swimming pool or the outdoor jacuzzi, or simply basking in the fresh air of the Adriatic comfortably situated on the covered terrace.
Guest have a BBQ designated area at their disposal, completed with all of the neccessary equipment for preparing a meal for family and friends, as well as spaces to enjoy the precious moments they spend together.
This completely enclosed estate provides privacy and many amenities for the chance to replenish your body and soul. The sea is just a short walk away, as are many amenities of the town – restaurants, markets, marina...
The Villa provides free parking spaces for it`s guests, as well as Wi-Fi throughout, SAT TV and video surveillance to secure your stay.
Please note that the property accepts young groups only with a sec deposit of 1.000,00 €. Pets are not allowed.
