In the heart of the slopes of Puy Saint Vincent, for rent at 1800m a pretty semi-detached chalet of good standing with terrace and balcony, furnished and equipped for 6-7 people. RESIDENCE LE PARC AUX ÉTOILES SWIMMING POOL AND SAUNA.
FLOOR AREA: 42m².
- Ground floor: entrance with cupboard and WC. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, 4 hotplates, mini oven, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
A living room with a pull-out sofa and south-facing terrace.
- Upstairs: bedroom with double bed opening onto a small south-facing balcony, bedroom with bunk bed and two single beds, cupboard and closet. En-suite bathroom.

Larch wood and local stone, the Parc aux étoiles is a luxury ski-in/ski-out residence nestled in the very heart of the ski area. In winter, enjoy the year-round heated swimming pool and its snow-covered surroundings. In summer, the snow gives way to the terrace with its deckchairs and parasols. You're just a stone's throw from hiking trails, the Bike Park, summer tobogganing, accrobranche and rock-climbing.
Heated outdoor swimming pool, free access during opening hours (only during school vacations: February/July-August).
