Welcome to this delightful 12-square-meter studio in the heart of Cannes. Ideal for two people, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located close to all amenities, you'll be able to make the most of your stay in complete peace and quiet.

Accommodation
The accommodation is located on the 6th floor (There is an elevator up to the 5ᵉ floor, but the last one is a walk); it includes:
- a living area with a sofa bed ;
- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen
- and a shower room.
There is no terrace.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: WIFI, Television, Coffee machine, Fan, Microwave.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost. Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each guest's stay.
The accommodation is located :
- close to a bus station (10-minute walk), close to the train station, and 50 meters from a parking lot (reduced prices for cars);
- 9 minutes' walk from the city center;
- 14 minutes from the Croisette
- and 15 minutes from the Old Port.
For everyday shopping, there's a Lidl supermarket just a 2-minute walk away.
A variety of bars and restaurants are close by.
