equipped for 4 people, including living room with sofa and TV, kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, bedroom 1 (1 x 160cm bed), bedroom 2 with sofa bed, shower room with washing machine, wc, balcony with unobstructed view.
The best thing about it: put your bags down and walk to everything!
Optional extras: household linen is not provided, but can be booked in advance and collected when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: €12.00 / single bed kit: €9.00 / towel kit: with one large and one small towel: €8.00). - Highchair rental: €15 per week - Cot rental: €15 per week - Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition.
An enclosed, secure parking space can be reserved a stone's throw from the rental premises, at a cost of €70 per week.
Cleaning on departure is the responsibility of the tenant, who may, if he wishes, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated on request).
You will be asked to pay the security deposit for your rental. The link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be paid before your arrival (no cash or cheques).
