AT084 Roquer: Semi-detached house in the rocky area of Els Munts, a very quiet
with fantastic sea views. The 4 houses
share the swimming pool surrounded by grass and from which you can see the sea. Each house
has access to the pool from the private garden, where you can enjoy
family barbecues. On the first floor are the living room, a well-equipped kitchen
kitchen (including dishwasher) and bathroom with shower. At
up the stairs, we find the 4 bedrooms (one with a double bed and three
three with 2 single beds each) and another bathroom with shower. In
two of the bedrooms, which open onto the terrace overlooking the pool and sea
sea, there are air-conditioning splits, as in the living room. In 2 other
rooms there are free-standing fans. An 8-minute walk along a coastal path

but the street is a cul-de-sac and normally only the 4 neighbors park.
