Space
Our 50 m² apartment on Chemin de Morgiou, on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a well-kept building, is ideally located just a stone's throw from the Parc National des Calanques, perfect for working or relaxing on the balcony. A 15-minute drive from downtown Marseille and a 20-minute bus ride from the Stade Vélodrome. The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a large living room with sofa and dining table. The balcony, in absolute calm, is ideal for sunny summer days. The apartment is air-conditioned. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with double bed and large dressing room. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and vanity unit, with separate toilet. Parking available inside the residence.
To offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: EUR 20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Located in Marseille's 9th arrondissement, the Sormiou neighborhood offers a beautiful living environment. Nestled between the city, the sea and the Calanques, Sormiou is a residential neighborhood known for its proximity to the Calanques National Park. The area is popular with lovers of outdoor activities. There are numerous hiking trails to explore the surrounding calanques, offering panoramic views of the sea. At the gateway to the city, a change of scenery is guaranteed!
