Located in Parentis-en-Born in a quiet neighborhood, this superb air-conditioned house welcomes you in its warm atmosphere for 6 to 8 people. You're just a few minutes' walk from the lake for your water sports activities: paddle, boat, aqua-leisure ... but also 19 km from the ocean to try your hand at surfing, perfect for a weekend, a week or more with family and/or friends. The house has a heated swimming pool, a small pool house, garden furniture and a pétanque court. A living room ( no WIFI ) with a sofa bed for an extra bed, and a fully-equipped open kitchen ( oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle...). A storeroom with washing machine. You'll also find three bedrooms, including a master suite (two bedrooms with a 140cm bed and one with two 90cm beds). A large shower room and separate toilet for added comfort. A large plot of land surrounds the house, and several parking spaces are available on the property. You have almost immediate access to cycle paths to discover our beautiful region. A sunny vacation awaits you!

Just a stone's throw from the Dune du Pyla, at the gateway to the wide ocean beaches of the Landes region, you can choose to take advantage of the 220 kms of cycle paths, discover the Bassin by boat, practice or take up surfing, fly over the Dune in a paraglider, multiply the golf courses, all while tasting the wines and oysters of the region.
