On an organic cattle farm in the Berry region, in the middle of the woods and at the end of a path, you'll discover the Ferme de la Borderie, where everything is in place for a moment of relaxation in the heart of nature.
A visit to the farm is possible only with the agreement of the owners and accompanied by at least one of them.
Located in the south-east of the Brenne Regional Nature Park, Ferme de la Borderie is ideally situated just 20 minutes from Argenton-sur-Creuse (La Venise verte du Berry), close to the Creuse Valley and the Voie verte.
Let yourself be seduced by the authenticity of a stay as close to nature as possible, and discover the pleasures of life on a farm with all the comforts of home. An ideal retreat to reconnect with the essentials and enjoy unforgettable family moments. The first floor features a living room with a glazed wood-burning stove, a dining area and a kitchen. At the entrance, a space designed to welcome our four-legged friends, a shower room / wc (Italian shower, washing machine and towel dryer), a bedroom with a 180 x 190 cm bed (two 90 x 190 cm beds that join to form a 2-person bed).
Upstairs, a landing with a convertible sofa (extra bed, TV, games and library). A bathroom with a bathtub equipped with a shower column and towel dryer, a bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm king-size bed (two 90 x 200 beds that combine to form a 2-person bed) and two 80 x 190 cm beds.
Outside, a terrace with garden furniture, a trampoline and a ping-pong table. On the property, a pond for wildlife observation, a pond and nature as far as the eye can see.
The garden outside the gîte is enclosed. For people with reduced mobility: Vehicle parking is 2 meters from the entrance. The terrace is level. The ground-floor bedroom adjoins the shower room, with walk-in shower.
Independent access via key box, if required.
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the duration of the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (dishes and garbage cans not included), wood and electric heating with reasonable consumption - the gîte is heated electrically, so you have 15 Kwh per day at your disposal (any excess to be paid on site to the hosts).
The enclosed garden includes a trampoline and ping-pong table, as well as a soccer goal and badminton rackets (leisure activities included in the gîte rental price).
A lean-to can be used to park your bicycles under cover.
2 outdoor parking spaces free of charge.
