ROSE Vacances offers you this charming, fully renovated T2 apartment with an exceptional view of the lake and ocean, ideally located in the Tanchet district between the embankment and the wild coast. Whether you're a spa visitor or a lover of the sea, this is the flat for you!
The 33 m² flat is located on the 2nd and top floor (without lift) of a small residence with private parking space.
The flat can accommodate up to 4 people.
The flat comprises a living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, etc.). This room opens directly onto a west-facing balcony/terrace, where you can admire the sea, the lake and the magnificent sunsets! Garden furniture is available.
At night: a bedroom with a bunk bed (lower bed 140, upper bed 90), and a mezzanine with a bed 140.
Bathroom with shower, towel rail, hairdryer, WC and vanity unit with storage space.
To complete the facilities, there is a cupboard with a washing machine-dryer, hand ironer and all you need for housework.
Located just a stone's throw from the beach, you'll find it easy to get around by bike on the cycle path that runs along the coast. Famous for its waves, Tanchet beach is ideal for family holidays: swimming (supervised with lifeguard), beach bars/restaurants in high season, and board sports (surf spot).
The Tanchet beach, Institut Sport Océan, Thalasso, Zoo and Casino are all within walking distance of the flat.
Bus stop 50 m away.
8 minutes by car from the SNCF train station and Les Sables d'Olonne town centre.
15 minutes' walk from the Presidents district and its local shops (bakery, butcher's, pharmacy, etc.).
