ITXASSOU, C152 : T1 bis, ideally located 5 min from the thermal baths by car, this very comfortable new apartment adjoins the owners' home. It opens onto an entrance hall with storage space. The bedroom features 2 twin 80cm beds (160 x 200), with storage space. The bathroom has a washbasin, mirror and WC. The living room features a fully-equipped kitchenette (2-burner induction hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, washing machine, etc.). The living area comprises a BZ sofa bed (1 bed), table and chairs. TV and internet access. The living room opens onto a private garden area with garden furniture. terrace, private parking.
Parking is at the side of the property, in the gated courtyard.
INTERNET access - PETS ACCEPTED
Bed linen and towels are not provided (payable service to be requested from the agency).
The rental must be left clean (a cleaning service can be arranged for a fee).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out on each departure (cf art 1731 of the civil code).
The following customers have 24 hours to inform us of anything they feel is not in order, or that our services have forgotten to report.
If tenants leave on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 am on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory of fixtures will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that no damage has occurred. In the case of a pre-assessment, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (cheque), after the tenants' actual departure.
Optional services to be paid for on site and booked before arrival:
- Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: 10 €.
- Bathroom linen/kit per person/week: €5.
- Final cleaning T1 Bis : 44 €.
This accommodation is provided by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in ad), a supplement may apply.
