Rural house located in Alhaurín el Grande "the village I dreamed of", nestled in the Guadalhorce Valley at the foot of the mountain. Thirty minutes from Malaga and just fifteen minutes from the Costa del Sol. Temperatures range around 25º throughout the year.
It houses a garden with an outdoor pool. The property also has a terrace and an outdoor pool open all year round. Additionally, free private parking is provided.
Focusing on the house, located just 1 km from the village, with a private lane and no neighbors around, surrounded by 3500m2 of orange trees. It has a large pool located just in front of the house without the need to go up or down stairs. To the left of the house is the barbecue area with all necessary facilities and a full bathroom.
The house has large fans in the bedrooms and living room. Mosquito nets are available on the windows although they are not abundant in this area.
