This spacious and functionally equipped holiday apartment is located not far from Iii. The apartment and the garden offer a beautiful view of the sea and the Kvarner Bay. The location offers many possibilities for a varied holiday. Iii is known as the nautical centre of the Opatija Riviera with the ACI marina, which offers a complete nautical service.
