Just a stone's throw from the Parentis-en-Born lake, we offer you a pleasant renovated Landes house that can accommodate up to 6 people, perfect for a weekend, a week or more with family or friends.
You're just a 5-minute bike ride from Lac de Parentis, ideal for swimming, paddle-boarding, boating... but also a 13-minute bike ride from the town center with its restaurants, bars and Parentissoises festivals! You're also just 17km from Biscarrosse Plage, where you can try your hand at surfing! The house comprises an entrance hall, a living room with TV and WIFI, three bedrooms with storage space and 140cm beds, a shower room and a separate toilet for added comfort. A separate fully-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, oven, etc.) with adjoining storeroom. All baby equipment is at your disposal (cot, high chair, etc.). Outside, a large fenced garden at the rear of the house offers a pleasant terrace with sun loungers and a gas barbecue to enjoy your meals. A second terrace in front of the house is available for cocktails! Several parking spaces are available on the property, and a bike room with 5 bikes is at your disposal. A sunny vacation awaits you!
