Stay in Marseille in this magnificent, fully-renovated 38 m2 luxury apartment with 1 bedroom, air conditioning and a very large terrace with an unobstructed view of the Marseille hills. Just 800m from the beaches and Parc Borely!
Space
Our 38 m² apartment, located on Boulevard Leau on the 3rd and top floor with elevator of a beautiful, secure residence, is ideal for a stay in Marseille. Bright thanks to its south-east exposure, fully air-conditioned and renovated in 2024, it offers a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a beautiful living room and a large terrace overlooking the hills of the Calanques. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with double bed and dressing room. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, vanity unit and washing machine, with separate toilet. Parking available in neighboring streets. Close to restaurants and shops, Prado Beach (800 m), Marina Olympique (10 min), Parc Borély (300 m) and Stade Vélodrome (15 min by bus or 10 min by bike). The residence, mostly owner-occupied, is peaceful (no noise, no parties).
To offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: EUR 20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.

For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Located in a residential area of Marseille, right next to the beaches, the location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city by public transport (bus 1 min walk away). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. By public transport (bus), you can visit the museums (Mucem, Musée Cantini, Palais du Pharo), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and the beautiful beaches (Pointe Rouge beach is 15 min away on foot and Prado beach is 10 min away). Parc Borély is less than 10 min away on foot, and the Calanques are 10 min away by car. Near our accommodation, you'll find many restaurants and bars (Red Lion) to enjoy a good time, as well as numerous shops for shopping (Carrefour Bonneveine).
