Stay in Marseille in this very large 130 m2 apartment with 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people in a luxury residence. You'll enjoy several sunny balconies and a beautiful unobstructed view.
Space
Our 130 m² apartment, located in Traverse de la Gaye on the 7th floor with elevator of a luxury residence, offers a high quality finish, several south-facing balconies and a sea view. Completely renovated, it's a 5-minute bus ride from the Stade Vélodrome and a 15-minute drive from the Vieux-Port. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the large living room includes a dining table and a sitting area with coffee table, opening onto a large balcony. The apartment has reversible air conditioning in the living room. The sleeping area comprises four bedrooms with double beds and storage space, each with a private balcony. There's a bathroom with bath, a bathroom with shower, and 2 separate WCs. Street parking available. The residence is predominantly owner-occupied, so please respect the peace and quiet (no noise, no parties).
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: EUR 20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
