Thoughtfully arranged over two floors this exceptional retreat enjoys a sleek, open-plan living space furnished with; a smart flatscreen satellite HDTV, a double sofa bed and a large dining table. This area incorporates a modern kitchen which opens onto the pool area and surrounding sun deck. The kitchen is fitted with; an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.
Guests can enjoy alfresco meals on the terrace, relax on a sun lounger or enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool.

Location
The property is located in Prizba, a picturesque village on the southern coast of Korčula in Croatia. Known for its natural beauty and relaxed atmosphere, Prizba is spread along a scenic bay, with a series of small islets just offshore. The waters around Prizba are exceptionally clear, offering great visibility for underwater exploration. The Priscapac Diving Centre is a 5-minute walk from the property next to the local beach and there is a popular cliff jumping spot a 7-minute drive away.
The nearby islets, such as Vrhovnjak, Crklica and Sridnjak, are accessible by boat and are popular spots for picnics, swimming, and exploring.
Popular excursions include a trip to Korčula Town (a 45-minute drive). Known for its medieval architecture, narrow streets and historical sites it is often referred to as "Little Dubrovnik."
The closest international airport to the accommodation is Split Airport (SPU) on the Croatian mainland. Travellers can take the car ferry from Vela Luka (a 25-minute drive) which takes approximately 2.5 hours. The journey from Split Ferry Port will take another 30 minutes by car. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2024 to the 1st of October 2024 A damage deposit of 2000EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
