In the heart of the summer town district, a stone's throw from the beaches (100 m) and Arcachon town center (400 m), where you'll find a wide range of shops. A new residence equipped with an elevator, come and discover this T4 duplex apartment on the 2nd and top floor, which can accommodate 6 people. You'll find an entrance hall, a master suite with a shower room and toilet, a closet and a 140cm bed. On the same level, two bedrooms opening onto a terrace with a view of the pond, each with two 140cm beds and cupboards. There's also a shower room with double washbasin and washing machine + dryer.
The second level features the living area with a fully-equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, etc.) and central island, as well as a lovely terrace with a view of the pond. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, a private underground parking space and a shared bike room.
Cleaning included in rental price.
Linen not provided, but can be rented, e.g. pack of 90 sheets and towels: €30 per week, pack of 140 sheets and towels for two people: €40 per week, pack of 160 sheets and towels for 2 people: €45 per week. Cot rental available. Rates are degressive if several weeks are rented.
