Detached single-storey house on partly enclosed grounds of 2000m². [hidden]: entrance with bookcase, fitted kitchen (ceramic hob), living room (fireplace, double sofa bed), 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.40m, 1 folding crib), 1 bedroom (2 beds 0.90m and 1 cot), bathroom, WC. Oil-fired heating included. Wood extra charge 12€/week. Baby equipment: cot, high chair, stroller... Close to the village center, the gîte is well located for all kinds of activities. Yvoy-le-Marron is a small village with all the shops you'll need for your vacation, in a peaceful setting in the Sologne countryside. Your gîte is bright, well-appointed and warm, with an equally charming exterior featuring a large garden planted with trees and a swing for the kids. Other leisure facilities include a swing set, 2 children's bikes and a boules set. As for outdoor activities, the gîte is just 500m from a forest footpath and cycle path, 4km from Center-Parc and within easy driving distance of the many Châteaux of the Loire Valley: everything you need for a great vacation!
