Attractive 120 m² air-conditioned family home in a quiet area of Biscarrosse Bourg, accommodating up to 6 people, ideal for a weekend/week or more with family or friends.
The house is a 4-minute bike ride from the center of town, perfect for doing your shopping, drinking a coffee on the terrace or discovering our beautiful bike paths leading to the lake and the beach.
The house comprises an entrance hall, a living room with TV, WIFI and table soccer. A fully-equipped semi-open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher). Three bedrooms with two 180cm beds and one 140cm bed. A shower room with WC and a separate WC for added comfort. Outside, a large, fully enclosed garden with sheltered terrace where you can enjoy your meals. Parking is also available on the property. A sunny vacation awaits you!
