Between Angers and Le Mans, enjoy a quiet stay in this charming country gîte where you can relax in the landscaped garden with two terraces, so you can enjoy the sun whatever the time of day! Enclosed garden, ideal for children, with slide/swing and view of the horses.
The Sarthe River is a delight for anglers (pike, pike-perch, perch and roach), but also ideal for water sports (canoeing, paddle-boating, pedal-boating, etc.) at the Morannes leisure center 3.5km from the gîte. A river cruise on "La Gogane" will introduce you to the cultural and natural heritage of the Basses Vallées Angevines.
For your visits: Angers, a city of art and history 40 minutes away, numerous castles (Angers, Le Plessis-Bourré, Durtal, Montgeoffroy, etc.), Sablé-sur-Sarthe and its famous cookie factories 20 minutes away, the Benedictine Abbey of Saint-Pierre de Solesmes 20 minutes away, the zoos of La Flèche and Doué La Fontaine, Le Refuge de l'Arche and the Terra Botanica theme park. You're also 1 hour from Saumur and its troglodytes, and the 24-hour Le Mans racetrack.

All you have to do is put down your suitcases and enjoy your stay: beds are made on arrival, towels are provided and end-of-stay cleaning is included.
