Nestled in a privileged natural setting on the edge of the forest, this forest house is an ideal pied-à-terre for recharging your batteries away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The surrounding area abounds in outdoor activities, from hiking (trails starting from the gîte) and mountain biking, to wildlife observation and mushroom picking, river fishing and swimming in nearby lakes.
You'll find all the shops and amenities in Bruyères (11 km). Saint-Dié des Vosges and its geography festival (21 km). Gérardmer, its ski area and lake 27 km. Epinal, the city of images, 36 km.
Not far from Alsace and its typical villages, wine route and Christmas markets: Riquewihr, Kayserberg, Ribeauvillé, Colmar... The interior exudes rustic charm and a relaxed atmosphere. Solid wood beams and exposed stone add a touch of authenticity to every room.
Designed on two levels, on the first floor you'll find a spacious kitchen with a variety of equipment for concocting tasty dishes. The adjoining living room invites you to relax and enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove on winter evenings.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, each with a double bed. The mezzanine is equipped with a convertible bed, and a mountain corner with two bunk beds.
A bathroom with shower and WC is located on the same level.

A veranda/terrace accessible from the kitchen allows you to gather for a convivial moment facing the forest, where it is not uncommon to have visits from forest animals. A large plot of land surrounds the house.

From the main road (D240), a small road leads to the gîte for 2.6 km. At the end of a dead-end road. The only neighbors are the owners, who live just a few metres from the gîte.
