Splendid historic villa with a total surface area of 700 m2, capable of accommodating 10 people with 4 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 5 bathrooms. The villa has a large garden, a magnificent swimming pool for exclusive use, a loggia equipped for outdoor lunches, Wi fi internet connection and satellite TV, parking.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
Once through the electric gate, you arrive at the entrance piazza, where the vast space is used as parking for several cars. The front of the villa faces a hill, to which a pathway leads, lined with rose gardens, trees and elegant cypresses, and on the edges of which stretch vast green meadows, cared for in every detail (the total green area is over 10,000 m2). In the meadow stands a magnificent old stone bathtub, containing the water needed to maintain the garden.
Further ahead, at the foot of the hill, lies the salt-purified swimming pool, in a setting of total peace and privacy. Around the pool, which measures 12x6 with a depth of 1.25 to 1.50 meters, there are sun loungers and parasols, a changing cabin and a shower with solar hot-water system. Towards the valley, another vast garden stretches out opposite the villa's second façade. On this side of the house, on the first floor, you have access to the kitchen, from which you can take drinks and food outside, to enjoy the great outdoors on sunny days and cool summer evenings, around the large wooden outdoor table equipped with chairs and a parasol.
Terracotta vases containing flowers and plants decorate the entire space surrounding the villa. Finally, there are two other structures on the vast property: the first belongs to a family member who rarely visits the property (he uses neither the garden nor the swimming pool, which remain for the exclusive use of the villa's guests) and the second, closer to the villa, which is still used as a depot for lemon trees and as a wine cellar.
Interiors
The villa dates back to the 18th century and has been wonderfully furnished, in the name of comfort and well-being. The villa is arranged over two floors.
On the first floor we find an entrance hall, the living room, a second living room with satellite TV, the dining room, a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with fireplace, from which there is access to the garden and the laundry room (washing machine). 2 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom with shower, complete the first floor. The second floor comprises 2 living rooms, one with fireplace, stereo and satellite TV, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Location
The villa is located in the heart of Tuscany, just 5 km from Lucca and 15 km from Pisa (only 20 minutes from Pisa airport), in a setting of absolute tranquility. It is exposed to the sun until sunset, but is ventilated so that you can enjoy the outdoors even in the hottest summer hours.

Villa De Ranieri is equipped with Wi-Fi internet connection, central heating, air conditioning in all bedrooms, cot, high chair, ping pong, five-a-side soccer, parking on the property.

Included in the price: linen for bathroom, bed, kitchen and swimming pool (changed weekly), water and gas consumption (excluding heating), internet connection.

Important information
The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09. Only small pets are allowed. Activities and Distances
The villa is located in a very tranquil position, just 5 km from Lucca, where it's possible to visit the magnificent historic center, as well as the walk along the Renaissance city walls. For a day at the seaside, you can reach the Versilia beaches in less than an hour.
Pizzeria at 800 m, "Nonno Mariano" restaurant at 900 m, San Lorenzo a Vaccoli at 2 km (all kinds of stores), Viareggio at 25 km, Forte dei Marmi and Montecatini Terme at 32 km.
