This air-conditioned 2-room apartment is ideal for families with young children, and is located 50 m from La Favière beach, with access to the beach via a private path and no road to cross. Its south-east-facing terrace with awning offers a pleasant view of the sea and La Favière beach. Private parking available. Children's playground and bowling green nearby. Just a stone's throw from La Favière's shops, for a car-free vacation!
The apartment
The apartment is composed as follows:

-A bedroom with 140 cm bed, ½ closet, ½ shelves, a window with shutter, an air freshener.
-A shower room with washbasin

Living room with pull-out sofa bed (2 x 90 cm), air-conditioning, TV, dining area.
-Kitchenette with 2 induction hobs, fridge-top, mini oven, microwave, traditional coffee maker, toaster.
A south-east-facing terrace overlooking the gardens, La Favière beach and the sea.
The terrace is equipped with an awning, table and 4 chairs.
Linen not provided (linen can be rented from the Laundromat des îles in La Londe).
Other remarks
A set of keys with remote control will be given to you on the day of your arrival.
A second set of keys is at your disposal in the apartment, on which you will find a key to open the gate giving access to the beach.
On your departure, please leave this set of keys hanging in the apartment entrance, and return the set of keys with remote control to the myCezâme agency.
Please note: the compulsory cleaning is an inter-rental cleaning to guarantee the standards of hygiene and cleanliness in force, and not a restoration. That's why, on departure, the accommodation must be in an appropriate state of cleanliness: dishes clean and tidy, dustbins emptied, clean mattress covers (please do not leave any food in the fridge or freezer), in which case we will be obliged to deduct part of the deposit.
