Get to know this beautiful house distributed on one floor located in a quiet and private residential area in Calafell.
This house is surrounded by a garden with natural grass and has a swimming pool at the back of it, as well as a relaxation area.
It has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate kitchen and a living-dining room with access to the garden on one side and to the swimming pool on the other. In addition, this accommodation has a covered terrace with a large table to enjoy all kinds of meals outdoors, and next to it there is a summer kitchen for more comfort.
There is space to park two cars comfortably in the courtyard within the grounds of the house.
A few minutes from the house is the Segur tennis club, ideal for those who wish to practice sport even when on holiday. The beach is 15 minutes walk from the house.

1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 21:00h and Check-ins that end after 21:00h will have a supplement of €50.
