The Hauts de Préclaux residence, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois-Méan. It wraps around the central square, where shops, bars and restaurants set the pace for daily life in the resort.
It offers a wide variety of accommodation, from 4 to 10 people, with either mountain-style or resolutely modern layouts, all with balcony or terrace.
You're sure to appreciate our superb outdoor heated swimming pool, open in summer and winter, and our sauna cabins (pool area open seasonally only from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025).

This pleasant north-facing 36 m2 studio can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideal for a "ski in, ski out" stay.
Ideally located in the Eglantines residence, you'll appreciate the proximity of the resort's shops (bakery, supermarket, restaurants, etc.), which are just a few steps from the apartment.
The apartment features an entrance hall with storage space leading to the sleeping area, a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay, a living-dining room with TV, a bathroom and separate toilet.
Sleeping arrangements include two 80x190 cm single beds in the sleeping area and a 2-person pull-out sofa bed in the living room.
For added comfort, you'll appreciate the ski-in/ski-out service from the ski locker or a private ski box.
You'll also have unlimited access to the residence's outdoor swimming pool and sauna cabins, open in both summer and winter seasons.
As an added bonus, you can reserve an underground parking space at the agency (extra charge and subject to availability).
