In a secure vacation residence with security guard, lively in July/August, peaceful the rest of the year, 23 km from the sea ( Le Grau du Roi ).
Air-conditioned mezzanine studio, one upstairs bedroom with 160 cm bed + TV.
First floor: living room with sofa bed + TV - 1 bathroom/wc 1 private outdoor terrace - kitchenette with all cooking utensils. fridge - dishwasher - freezer - microwave grill - 2 induction hobs - 1 filter coffee maker - 1 pod coffee maker - hairdryer - radio - 1 cot in the accommodation.
Rentals start from Saturday 4pm to the following Saturday 11am.
On your arrival, I will be there to welcome you and help you access the accommodation.

Every Friday evening, gourmet aperitifs, wine tastings and local products in Calvisson's central square.
The Maison de l'Informantion (information center) provides tourist information and events in July and August.
Bus des plages, daily 2 departures for Le Grau du Roi with 1 stop in Sommières. 9 a.m. and 11.10 a.m.
2 return trips to Calvisson from Le Grau du Roi: 5.30pm and 6.30pm.
The stop is at the bottom of the hill, a 7-minute walk from the residence.
The Halles de Calvisson was built in 1815 and hosts concerts in July and August.
