Welcome to this magnificent old mill located in the heart of the Alpilles regional nature park, in Maussane-les-Alpilles. This unique property offers an enchanting setting for an unforgettable vacation in the south of France.
The mill, dating from 1786, has been carefully restored to offer all modern comforts while preserving its authentic charm. You'll love the stone walls, exposed beams and carefully restored original features.
The main house features two elegantly decorated bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with fireplace and a bright dining room.
Outside, you'll find a veritable paradise for relaxing and entertaining. The private swimming pool, nestled in a well-kept Mediterranean garden, is the perfect place to cool off on sunny days. You can also enjoy al fresco dining on the shaded terrace, or simply relax with a book and a glass of local wine.
Sheets included, final cleaning 150€ - A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage cans have not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared with the inventory of fixtures on arrival, and if any linen is missing.
Taxes not included in the price (5.76€ x number of adults x number of nights); Deposit: 4,000€ to be paid by credit card imprint or bank transfer only, before moving in.
