The Hauts de Préclaux residence, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois-Méan. It wraps around the central square, where shops, bars and restaurants set the pace for daily life in the resort.
It offers a wide variety of accommodation, from 4 to 10 people, with either mountain-style or resolutely modern features, all with balcony or terrace.
You're sure to appreciate our superb outdoor heated swimming pool, open in summer and winter, and our sauna cabins (pool area open seasonally only from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025).

This 35 m² apartment sleeps 6. Ideally located on the second floor of the "les Valérianes" residence, you'll be just a few steps from all amenities: supermarket, bakery, restaurants, souvenir stores...
From the west-facing balcony, you'll enjoy a lovely view of the shopping square, the heart of Les Orres 1800, with its shops and entertainment.
The apartment features an entrance hall with storage space leading to the sleeping area, a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a lounge/dining room with a TV, a bathroom with bathtub, and a separate toilet. Sleeping facilities include a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a sleeping area with two single beds (80 x 190 cm) and a sofa bed for 2 in the living room.
The advantages of a ski-in/ski-out stay:
- Put on your skis as soon as you leave the ski locker and head straight for the slopes to discover the Les Orres ski area.
- Store your winter sports equipment in the private storage box provided.
You'll also enjoy unlimited access to the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool and sauna cabins, open only in season, summer and winter.
