Presence of an elevator (1 step 10cm access) - 1st floor shower room: shower with 1 small step 10cm, inside seat - wc level 0 and 1 raised with grab bar.
Not suitable for wheelchairs as several 10cm steps - 1st floor bedroom entrance doors: 70cm and 1 of 80cm.
