Located on the 5th floor (with a lift) of a well-kept residential complex this modern apartment is conveniently situated close to a pedestrian area in central Menton, close to the seafront.

The property is located on the Côte d'Azur in the charming coastal town of Menton. The property is centrally located in the Old Town with its narrow, cobbled streets and historic architecture. Guests will find amenities including; a bakery, pharmacy and a supermarket less than a 5-minute walk away. For the best local produce visitors can head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (a 5-minute walk). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food including cheese, fish and charcuteries.
The Baroque Basilica of St Michel and the Old Port are both a 9-minute walk. Visitors can also enjoy the Jean Cocteau Museum which showcases a large collection of his works and in February the unique Fête du Citron celebrates Menton’s renowned citrus fruits. Beach lovers are spoilt for choice with three beaches within a 10-minute walk - the closest is Plage de Fossan.
